How to use Internet via Mobile on micromax funbook/pro
You can use your mobile phone for connecting internet on micromax funbook by using wifi tethering
What is WiFi Tethering?
Wifi Tethering is the one of the best feature which allows user to make their phones as Wifi Hotspot to make other devices to connect internet through Mobile Internet Facility like GPRS , 3G or 4G.
HOW TO WIFI TETHER YOUR NOKIA PHONE?
In Nokia Wifi Tethering Feature is not come by default. So you have to Install a Application to enable this feature. Application Named ‘JOIKUSPOT‘ you can download it from here

Here is a Video how to connect internet from mobile
lets See how to tether your Wifi, First download and Install JoikuSpot Application in your Nokia Phone. After installing you can see the Icon in your application Folder. Click JoikuSpot icon to Open the JoikuSpot Application. Now you can see the Main Screen of the Application Like screenshot below
Before Click START, you should Configure the settings of the Application. So Select Options and Choose Settings.
Now in Settings, You can Name your Wifi Hotspot, set default Access point, Encrypt your Wifi Connection and more. Configure as your wish (screen shot below)
After Setting your configuration Click BACK and Click START TO activate your Wifi tethering. If you set the Access point as ‘Always Ask’ in settings. while starting the Wifi tethering Joikuspot will ask you the Access point to Tether. Click which access point you want to share. (Example See below)
After selecting your Access point. Your Nokia phone will start to tether its wifi of your Internet Access point. You can see your micromax funbook are connected in your Wifi Hotspot by clicking the LAPTOP ICON tab. you will not see the same name as shown in screenshot it may be different (screenshot below)

yes you can connect but you have to install custom rom on it.

if it does'nt work then you have to go service center they will update you tablet for free they will give you tablet between 1 to 2 hours and you tablet will be update to the latest software
I have recently visited India and I chose a Micro-max Funbook Tab with SIM facility.The dealer told me that it will provide me internet facilities. But on return to Dhaka I have inserted a GP SIM with sufficient load for one GB data and i sent it to 5000 for use of p6 meaning One GB internet. but it does not work well.I have visited GP customer Care but they told me that net work does not work smoothly.they advised me to take it to the micro-max customer Care center.I have no knowledge about micro-max Care in Dhaka.would you please provide me with the address and phone no please.

Sorry dude. does fun book pro support ad hoc networks. I I have used joiku, hundreds of times, but fun book pro is detecting the wiifi network generated from my nokia phone (actually the network name has a star in front of it) but is not connecting. I I read that android does not connect to ad hoc networks nd u need an enabler for that. I I tried adding an ad hoc enabler from play store but in vain. Suggestions.?
dont waste time joikusoft works for symbian phones to connect laptop with adhoc.for android tablets use andriod phones with usb tethering.micromax pro detects wifis of android phones with out hassles by saikrishna korba.

Hi to all, I am also facing the exact issue on my FunBook Infinity I can see my Nokia N8 WiFi signal which shared through Joiku hotspot, when I tap to connect it is only shows saved not connecting. Any resolution from Micromax? Thanks in advance.
I think you are doing something wrong
follow this steps
1. first start joikuspot then turn off the micromax funbook wifi off first before starting joikuspot
2. after click on start in joikuspot wait till its starts after starting joikuspot turn on micromax funbook wifi you will see wifi signal in micromax funbook it will show you saved just click on the signal and a small pop out will open in that screen you will see connect click on connect now your micromax funbook connect to you mobile internet k.

Hi All, I used Windows AdHoc NW, but it's not connecting. There is some issue in Micromax funbook talk P350.
It just shows and also we can click connect to network as mentioned by sam. But when I open browser, phew!!! Page not found!!! error occurs.
Any resolution? Alas, i can browse by 2G AirTel fastly even when roaming, else my tabbie would have been waste...
